Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in select cities (check at checkout)

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999
A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Original packaging, tags, and case must be intact
Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

Prescription lenses (custom-made orders)
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@bentonharbor.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
